Kid's Word Cookbook

The 2nd book in the Kid’s Word Cookbook series builds upon the expertise gained by following the recipes in the first one. This series of wordplay “dishes” with their respective recipes presents a new set of challenges to eat your words.

Just like the first book, it is filled with homophones, homonyms, heteronyms, alliteration, oronyms, rhymes, tongue twisters and other forms of wordplay, which both kids and adults will find amusing. The recipes associated with each mini-story clue the reader in as to which forms of wordplay can be found in that particular word “dish.” There is a glossary at the front of the book for readers who are unfamiliar with any of the wordplay terms used in the “recipes.”
